There are two reasons we can help you with questions about intellectual property law.  First, intellectual property law is usually governed by federal law.  Copyright, for example, is exclusively federal law, as are patents.  There are some states with trademark laws but trademark law is still predominately federal in nature.  Therefore, no matter where you are in the United States or outside the United States, it is federal law that will probably provide the answer to your questions.

The second reason is that we are positioned within 25 miles of Washington, D.C., where the United States Patent & Trademark Office and the United States Copyright Office are located, along with the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals which now handles appeals involving certain types of intellectual property law.  If you need something filed quickly or researched, or someone to meet personally with the governmental person handling your matter, we can help you.
